Delivery Information

We only deliver in the UK, if you live outside the UK but would like to know where you can buy our beer please email us on info@cairngormbrewery.com

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT.  Delivery charges will be calculated once you proceed to the online checkout.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £50. There will be a delivery charge of £9.60 for all orders under £50.

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Orders placed and paid for online will normally be despatched on the first working day following the placing of the order.

Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are requiring delivery to Shetland or Northern Ireland you will need to call the office for carriage charges as the rates calculated automatically only apply to Mainland UK, Western Isles and Orkney.

Complaints:
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).  You have our assurance that you will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
